qmail-send should not be trying to deliver mail to that host. The mail
exchanges for pricelessware.org are

mx2.hrnoc.net
mx3.hrnoc.net
mx4.hrnoc.net
mx1.hrnoc.net

Probably not, and even if someone gets the mail, no one is updating
