Free trail for Microsoft Office Editions 2003. Tells everything except price.
Also because it is free trail and I didn't want, could not look at things on
the internet that I wanted to. So got very upset. I was being forced to use
trial package, whether I wanted or not. Fell that is very poor sales edicate.

Your questions or comments may be better answered in a newsgroup
appropriate to your problem. This newsgroup is dedicated to the Microsoft
Access database product. The Microsoft website is not all that clear and may
have misdirected you.

Price depends on the retailer and the specific version you obtain.
Also because it is free trail and I didn't want, could
not look at things on the internet that I wanted to. So got very
upset. I was being forced to use trial package, whether I wanted or
not.

How were you forced? Did they send someone out to make sure you used
it?

Fell that is very poor sales edicate.
Sorry. This is a newsgroup dedicated to questions about Access, the
database program in Office Professional. It appears your question may not
be related to these subjects. The Microsoft help system is not all that
clear and may have misdirected you here.

It is best to ask your questions in a newsgroup dedicated to the
subject of your question. You should find people better able to address
your problem there.
http://tc2.atspace.com/0013-HowToSearch.htm#FindNewsgroup may help.

Note: It is always best to indicate the name and version of any
program(s) you may be using when asking a question and also indicate the
operating system (like Windows XP or 98) when you ask a question.

Actually, the current prices for ms-access are quite cheap.

They are:
http://www.microsoft.com/office/access/howtobuy/default.mspx

$229 for full version of access 2003
$109 for upgrade version
(qualifying versions for upgrade go back all the way to access97/office 97).

In fact, even the really cheap works database qualifies for a upgrade (the
last 5 pc's I purchased came with works!!!).

So, if you are like me, and have a self with 5 office 97 disks, between
works, and a97 disks laying around...you have
plenty of opportunity to purchase the upgrade version of access for $129....

At that price...it really is a good deal...
