PRF files do not work if you have IE7 installed

I have installed the beta version of IE7 and the beta Version of Office 2007
and prf files that used to work fine with Outlook 2003 are now not working.
PRF file says it is a PICS Rule Filter file . I have changed the file to open
with Outlook 2007 and all it does it creates a new email with the file as an
attachment.

According to Office 2007 Help files 2003 Prf files will work fine on Office
2007.

PRF files are very important for all Administrators and if they do not work
anymore will MS create a new way of creating Outlook Profiles for the users?

To load a .prf file, make sure you're invoking the /importprf switch with Outlook.exe.
