Previously good formulas wont run. What have I done wrong?

I've been using these spreadsheets successfully for quite a while; now,
suddenly, the formulas won't run. Have I unknowingly pressed the magic keys?
How do I undo my error?
 
My guess is that your automatic calculation was turned off.
Go to Tools, options and click on the calculation tab.
Under Calculation choose Automatic.
