Previous "Save" Recouvery

I was editing a document... I deleted everything and I wanted to save with
another name but, by accident I save the doccument "Itself" and lost
everything... How can I undo this save and get my original document back
again...?

If you did not close the document or Word, click on Undo. If however you
closed the document, all is lost.

Unless you have "Always create backup copy" enabled, in which case the
previous version is saved as "Backup of <filename>.wbk."
