Preview problems

I have 2 problems using Access 2000

First a report in preview shows one line from the detail section to be
blank, other lines show OK and when printed all the data is there and is
correct. This looks similar to Excels preview problems but I havent seen this
in Access before
Secondly I often see a report in landscape in print preview but it actually
prints in portrait

Any help much appreciated, thanks

Judith,
*From a recent John Spencer reply...
If you are using Access 2000 this is a known bug and is documented in the
Microsoft Knowledgebase articles:

240826 'Lost Printer Settings when Name Autocorrect is turned on'

245021 'List of Fixed Problems in Microsoft Office 2000 Service Release
1/1a (SR-1/SR-1a)'

Interim fix:
Turn off the Name Autocorrect feature as a temporary 'fix'.
To turn off this feature go to
Tools|Options|General

Try that first, that may fix both problems.

Thanks
I dont think that is the problem as it does not loose the page settings.
they are all there but just seem to get lost on the way to the printer. I did
find an article though that may help 290293 "Printer properties not inherited
by objects that use the default printe"
On the missing row, i discovered that i set the data dynamically and had set
it to the On print event. Shifting it to the On format solved that one
Thanks for your help though

Did you even try the Name AutoCorrect fix??
Portrait and Landscape are Page Settings.
