Preview of photos attachments in Outlook 2003

Hello all

When I used Outlook Express, any photo attachments (e.g. gif, jpeg etc) in the received emails can be previewed automatically inside the content of the email without the need to double click on each attached photo. I just scroll down the email content to view each photo sequentially

But when I switch to Outlook 2003, this auto-preview of photo attachments function seems to disappear. Now I need to double click on every photo attachment within the email in order to view it. This is much less user-friendly than Outlook Express

Can anyone share your experience how I can activate the auto-preview of photo attachments function (like Outlook Express) with incoming email in Outlook 2003

Thanks & Regards
Eric

this was actually deliberately designed into Outlook 2003 to protect people
from having to view sexually explicit pictures sent in pornographic spam, as
well as to protect from "spam beacons"...see this :

Not really; that is for pictures that reside on the Internet and prevent
them from automatically downloading. It's not just good for pornographic
spam but also great for people who are on the road and dial-in with a mobile
and pay-per-bite

To answer your question;
If a picture is attached; Outlook shows it as an attachment. If a picture is
embedded (Insert- Picture); Outlook will show it in-line.
