Hi there, I need to avoid the same user from making
simultaneous logons into my TS, can anyone give me some

You can do this with a Group Policy in Windows 2003.
If you run W2K, you'll have to use a 3th party freeware utility like
LockSingleUser from http://thethin.net/r25b.zip
