Prevent Reply to all to include me

Hello,

How do I prevent Outlook 2003 to include my address when replying to all.

I don't want to receive my replies to e-mails.

The Reply-All duplicates everyone, including you. Either edit out
your e-mail address in the To field after clicking Reply-All or define
a rule to manage e-mails that are sent from you and to you (i.e.,
sender is you and recipients list includes you). If you don't send
yourself test mails, have the rule delete mail sent from yourself.
