Prevent Outlook from Closing

I read on a Outlook tips archive that if you leave a message in your outbox,
it can keep you from accidentally closing Outlook. I've tried it and it
works. When you exit Outlook, it tells you that there is a message in your
Outbox and would you like to close anyway. Quite a few people at my firm are
using it; however, I have one user that it's not working for. Why would
this happen and how can I fix it. Thanks

What mail accounts does that user have?

I'm not sure what you mean. He has his own, of course. There are two
mailboxes that he also can open. I removed one, but could only close the
other because it was not listed in the add mailboxes section.

What we need to know is how many accounts he has and whether they are Exchange, POP, IMAP, etc.

Then he needs to either configure that account for Cached Exchange mode or add a POP or IMAP account to the profile.
