Prevent minimise

I have a need to open an Access application and then to prevent it from
being closed or minimised until some data has been entered. I can prevent it
from being closed but I do not know how to disable the minimise button on
the main Access application window.
Is this possible and if so how can I do it.
Thanks.

I don't believe that is possible, no. And even if it were possible, it is
not particularly foolproof. You power company might cut off the power before
the data is entered, or the user might switch off the computer and go to
lunch, or Windows might crash, or whatever.

Hi Alec

Go to design view, form properties, Format Tab, Choose None for Min Max
Buttons.

Hope this helps

I think this only works for the form and not for the main Access application
window.

Or you can use ctrl/alt/del I know but I still want to do it if it is
possible.

Make the form Modal. It's unorthodox, but it should work. But have another
way to close the Form/Application.
