Prevent keyboard on PowerPoint presentation

Usually you can go to next slide by pressing "right arrow". I've seen a
PowerPoint presentation where that feature was disabled. How do you do that?

Go to Slide show - setup show - choose browsed at a kiosk. That will
eliminate the ability to advance to the next slide with the right arrow.
Unfortunately it will also eliminate every other way to go forward.. So you
must provide navigation buttons yourself to move around in your
presentation.
