Prevent Duplicate Entry (from list) for that day

Greetings!

I have a form that has a field [SchedDateTime], which list times for a scheduled job for a given day. However, if a duplicate time is used it over-rides the previous schedule and when the report is printed shows all the jobs for that time slot, when it's only supposed to be just one scheduled job per time slot. Please help. :)
