Prevent cmd prompt sessions from being changed to a window.

Hello,

Is there any utility or registry modification that can be made to the
CMD prompt property that will prevent a CMD prompt session from being
switched to a window once activated as full screen?

We have some users that run DOS/16 bit applications in a window. If a
Windows application takes focus, the DOS application gets thrown into
"windowed" mode. This can easily be changed back to full screen with
Alt-Enter, which is not difficult to do. But if we have a utility that
checks something every minute and reduces the full screen to a window,
it becomes a pain in the a$$ to them.

I'd appreciate any input or ideas into this.

TweakUI has a setting to prevent applications from stealing focus. (Although
it doesn't always work.) If you don't have TweakUI, you can probably search
and find out which registry entries need to be changed.
