prevent a program being listed on Start menu?

Hi

I have a particular program that I don't want XP to list on the Start
menu's most recently used program list (I want the menu to function
normally otherwise). I keep taking the program off the list but the next
time I use it it just gets put back on. any suggestion? thanks.
