Press Spacebar or Enter to activate and use this control

The subject refers to a message I get every time I open a page with a Hover
Button on it. How do I get rid of it permanently?
 
That's the result of a new update provided by MS, which changes the way
Active X controls work in browsers. As I understand it, this is the way
it's going to be.

Open the web site and delete the file.
