presenter view w/o dual monitor

I would really like to see presenter view enabled on machines w/o dual
monitor support. I work on a machine that does not have dual monitors, but
know that I will be giving my presentation on one that does. Therefore, it
would be nice to be able to practice the presentation in presenter view on my
machine.

I don't think that's what the OP meant. I read it to mean "I want to see
presenter view on my one screen so I can practice with the same view I'll be
using in front of an audience." IOW, one monitor with presenter view on it, no
need for full screen slide view.

And I think it's a super idea.
