Controlling Presenter View

Hi all,

Is there a way to control the presenter view (the slideshow mode with dual
monitors) of PowerPoint from a macro or an add-in? (for instance, launch the
presenter view and set the focus to a special area)

The "record new macro" do not write anything else than
"ActivePresentation.SlideShowSettings.Run" which does not run the presenter
view when executed (only the classic slideshow).

Thanks in advance!

Special area as in a specific slide that you want to enter the moment you
start the presentation?

No, special area as "notes area" or "slide area"
This is in fact to change where the focus is (for instance, in PPT2003's
presenter view, the focus is on the "slide notes area" and I would like to
set it to the "projected slide area"

Not possible as far as I know. You can see the entire presenter view window,
while the audience will only see the slides.
