I'm looking for a programme to write/erase on the screen. It is usefull in a
classroom with a (powerpoint-)presentation. Looking for somthing like the
pencil from powerpoint but with some more features.

Here's one to try:

ZoomIt from Sysinternals
http://www.sysinternals.com/Utilities/ZoomIt.html

It has a basic pencil, but offers a couple of extra features - screen
zoom and a break timer.
