Preselected stationery in Outlook and Word but "Send To Recipient.

I use the Technical stationery (and its included font) for original messages
and it works well. Can't seem to get it to work for reply or "Send to
Recipient (as attachment)" messages from Word. I'm probably missing something
obvious, for which my apologies in advance.
 
You're not missing anything. That and other similar Send To commands don't
go through Outlook, but use the Simple MAPI interface. If you want
stationery, create the Outlook message first, then insert the file into that
message.
 
Many thanks for clearing that up and I'll do as you suggest. Sometimes
Outlook loses the stationery in a reply (to an email received in Outlook
2003) but that only happens every now and then. Thanks again.
