Premium Rate " SCAMS "

Since Friday my call charges shoot up from £16.79 to £40.55. I have not made even £1-00 worth of call in these three days. Btinternet Tech could do not any thing to rectify it that is to remove the Premium Rate Scam charges connections

Sounds very much like you have a trojan dialer
onboard.Please,go immediately to this site:

http://www.emsisoft.com/en/software/free/

Please download a2,free version.After installation,select
the online update facilty,and download the 2.7 million
dialer detections + trojan signatures.Scan all folders on
your P.C.

Post back the results.We will try to resolve this
straight away.
