Preformated 3.5" Diskette Became Raw?

Hi-

I have a 3.5" Diskette that was preformatted before it became raw. The info
says that it's write protected. How do I remove its write protection and
make my diskette become preformated again?

With the clean diskette still in,try R.clicking the floppy icon in my
computer,
open,you may see files,if so delete one at a time,then close out,reformat
the diskette.

How, prey tell, can you format a write protected disk?

How can you do anything but read a write protected disk?
