Prefetch

Hello, I have quite a few tojans & viruses I am getting
rid of and cleaning up. I have some files in downloaded
program files (java script). If I delete them will that
get rid of the program? Also, files are being saved in
Prefetch- How can I get rid of those files? Thank you.
 
It is safe for you to delete the files in the Prefetch
folder. This folder is "more or less" your cache folder.
