Prefetch file

How can I translate the entries in the Prefetch file so I
can understand if I really need them on the computer ? Is
it safe to delete these from the Prefetch file ?

You can actually delete ALL the files in the prefetch folder (don't delete
it, though).

XP will slowly populate the folder again as it 'sees' what actions you are
performing.
