prefetch problem

I just completed the Windows automatic update. Now when I
turn the computer on I get a pop up window telling me
that "there is no disk in the drive. please insert a disk
into drive F:" and at the top of the pop up it
lists "qttask.exe - no disk" This is new since the update
I installed today. I searched for the file and
found "qttask.exe - 18761A1A1.pf" which is in a prefetch
folder in Windows. What is going on?

Try re-installing Quicktime:
http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/

Or better yet - eliminating the registry entry that tells qttask.exe when
you startup each time - I have found NO use for it.
