I found a file CRHWSS.EXE-26fec49a.PF in my prefetch file
that is causing me to not be able to access the web or
email, i.e. no server found, on a connected DSL line. If I
stop the processing on this file in the task manager then
I can access the server. Then when I reboot the file
returns to the Prefetch file. Anyone have any suggestions?

Go to Start > Run and type: C:\WINDOWS\Prefetch , and hit enter.
After the Prefetch folder opens, from the Toolbar select:
Edit > Select all, then select File > Delete. Then empty your
Recycle Bin and reboot. The Prefech folder will be rebuilt after
rebooting 3-4 times.
