Pre login background

I'm setting up a new 2003 TS box. At present, when I start a connection,
the screen draws (very slowly) with a background graphic included before I
get to the login screen.

How do I get rid of that?

Found it.

Needed to set HKey_Users\.default\control panel\desktop\wallpaper and
HKey_Users\s-1-5-18\control panel\desktop\wallpaper to nothing.
