pptp vpn - setup for two sites

Hi,

I have configured several VPN servers for incoming access from single
clients in the past. However I have been asked to setup a PPTP VPN
connection from a 2003 server at site A to a 2003 server at site B to allow
clients at both ends to see network shares.

Im simply looking for documentation on how to configure this. I would like
the connection to be available 24/7.
