pptp error 800 and then 721 and then connection

Hi,

When attempting a PPTP connection from my network to a remote site sometimes
i get:

-error 800
-error 721
-somtimes it connets

When i get error 800 my firewall reports outgoing PPTP on 1723 to IP. (1
event)

When i get error 721 my firewall reports outgoing PPTP on 1723 and GRE 0 to
IP. (2 events)

When i connection my firewall reports outgoing PPTP on 1723 and GRE 0 to IP.
My firewall also reports INCOMING GRE 0 from the IP i connected to. (3
events)

Im trying to figure out how my connection attempts can differ so much in
there results.

The firewall and router supplier have confirmed that PPTP and GRE should
pass through the hardware.

This happended during each set of 3 connection attempts
attempt 1 = error 800 (1 event in logs)
attempt 2 = error 721 (2 events in logs)
attempt 3 = connection (3 events in logs)
