How do you attach meta tags and keywords to a web page built in PowerPoint ?

Thanks in advance

DI

After save it as a webpage, right click on the mht file, click Open With >
Notepad.
Then, look for <head> tag. If you can't find it, try Ctrl-F function to look
for it instead.
Enter the meta tag below the head tag.

You can check out examples on meta tag at w3schools:

Well shoot. I thought it might at least pick up document properties and include them
as meta tags, but it seems not.

Our PPT2HTML PowerPoint to HTML addin allows you to include any document property,
including custom ones, anywhere you like in the HTML.

Note: if animations are key to your presentation, PPT2HTML won't work for you though.
