Make sure you install PowerPoint 2003 first, update it with any Service Packs
-- and then install PowerPoint 2007.
You should be fine thereafter -- as a rule of the thumb, don't try working
with too many PowerPoint 2007 files in PowerPoint 2003 although the opposite
will work fine most of the time.
