PPT 2007 Bug? Internal Hyperlinks in Master Slide

I've inserted a presentation navigation system into the master slide for the
presentation and hyperlinked it to appropriate slides within the presentation
so I can jump from section to section from any page. Only problem is the
hyperlinks take you to different places from slide to slide in the
presentation rather than the specific slide set up in the masterslide item.

Anyone solved this? How?

Hi

The first thing to check is that there are no punctuation marks in the
titles of the slides you are linking to. If that isn't it, have a read of
this:

Are you using Package for CD? If so, this might be the problem, because it
saves the file as 97-2003 format:

I'm looking for a fix to this problem also. I had a working slide show
w/2003 and now the hyperlink keep going to the wrong slide.
If I insert new slide from another slide show PPT2007 will point to the
slide number starting from the top??
Examlpe: If I have a slide w/hyperlinks that works and opens slide 5 as a
hyperlink it works fine. If I then copy and paste that show into another
slide show an place it anywhere, PPT2007 will hyperlink it to slide 5 of the
show you have open not the original slide 5. I had no problem w/2003
