PPT 2003 and Multi Monitors

A

Alfie

I've got a Dell laptop with a secondary monitor (Margi Display to Go
Card).

I'm running XP Pro. with all latest patches.

On the desktop it shows two monitors and i can put windows etc. onto
the secondary monitor - so the second monitor is definitely working.
However in PPT 2003 if I go to set up show the
multi monitor options are greyed out and I can't select to show the slides
on
the second monitor - it doesn't think there's a second monitor there.

Any ideas please anyone?

Alfie.

update as soon as possible. From PowerPoint, choose "Help -> Check for

Hello Alfie,

Do two displays appear in the "Settings" tab of the "Display" control panel?

It could be that the Margi Display on the Go adapter is not providing
multiple monitor support in a Windows XP standard way can be detected by
PowerPoint.
