It tell me to pick one of two things from microsoft, and then it tells me i
have to buy it. I did have it downloaded before ,but computer went down and i
lost everything. Would like to have web address to download again. Thank you,

Okay, so you're looking for the free PowerPoint Viewer. Here's a link to
download it:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...40-14E1-467D-8DCA-19D2A8FD7485&displaylang=en

This will also allow you to open PPSX files when you start to receive them.
[PPSX is one of the new PowerPoint 2007 file formats; people will start
sending those eventually. ]
