i purchased a new computer in nov 02 and didnt realise
until now that powerpoint is not available on the system
I find this very difficult as i have to download
powerpoint presentations from university

Your university book store may have copies of the standalone version of
PowerPoint 2003, available at a significant discount for students and
teachers.
