File>Print
Choose Slides feature and enter the numbers of the slides you want to print
(odd/even #'s)
or
before going to print select the multiple slides (odd or even--select by
Ctrl + select by clicking) you want to print go to
File>Print and choose the selection feature.

From the print menu, select slides, and insert 1,3,5,7... for the odd
slides, do the same for the even slides
