PowerPoint Viewer Hyperlink Virus Messages

I'm trying to use Package for CD with PowerPoint. The PPT has a number of
hyperlinks - to web pages, PDFs and install files. When it is running, every
time I click on a hyperlink, the Viewer pops up a message about how
hyperlinks can cause viruses or something like that. It makes this totally
unusable as a CD to distribute to a show.

Any workarounds? Or is that the extra baggage we get with Microsoft security?

Thanks,
Mark

But that will not address the issue with a distributed CD. The Registry change
can/should only be done on your own system.

I would consider finding other ways to present the information, if possible.
Can the PDF information be imported as images?

Do the web pages have to be "live", or would screen shots work?
