Best -- get Open Office (free), open your PPT file, Export to Flash.
Saving Flash on a CD or DVD is a breeze, google for how to do it. All
of this takes no more than 5 minutes, and it's comprehensively free.
I don't think the Flash file can be played on DVD player either. So i still
recommend you to use a special PowerPoint to DVD tool like PPT2DVD to
complete your task.
