powerpoint templates in jpeg --need pot

We purchased some powerpoint templates but they are in jpeg format, not pot
and we can't get them to open up as a new design template. How do I convert
them to a power point template?

You did probably want to check out with the seller to know where the .pot
were stored at. If there are only pictures (.jpeg), they are more likely
selling backgrounds rather than templates.
