Powerpoint show .ppsx when posted to web opens as zip

Recently upgraded to PowerPoint 2007

When I post my PowerPoint 2007 Show on my website it opens as a "zip" file
and requires users to save, rather than open, the file.

Same happens when I save as a 97-2003 Show then post.

Never happened when I was running PowerPoint 97-2003 application.

Is there some other conversion I need to do?
