I have created one presentation in PowerPoint 2000 with the following
characteristics:

Type: Corporate - Group Home page
Style: Web presentation

In one page I have inserted hyperlink to another PowerPoint presentation.

When I try to View the Show, when I hit the specific hyperlink, the called
presentation is opened but then nothing happens no matter how many times I
press <enter> or
any other button of the keyboard.

It could be any of several things. If the called presentation has only one
slide, there's noplace for it to go when you press keys. Try pressing ESC to
dismiss it.

It could be that the other presentation is set up in Kiosk mode. Open it
normally and check Slide Show, Set Up Show ...

If it's in Kiosk mode, it won't respond to keystrokes and will only respond to
mouseclicks on action settings or hyperlinks. This is by design so that you
can control what the user does and in what order.
