Powerpoint Presentation to PDF

I have a simple Powerpoint presentation which we use as a handout - it is
laid out in landscape version, but when I PDF it using Adobe Acrobat 6.0, it
rotates the slides counterclockwise 1/4 turn in portrait layout. I have
tried all the different print settings and nothings works. Any suggestions
on what I'm doing wrong?
