Hello JIMPAP,
If you use PPT 2002/2003:
You can insert an organizational chart using Insert - Diagram or by clicking
on the diagram icon of the Drawing toolbar at the bottom of your screen.
You will be presented with a standard chart, containing for boxes in which
you can type your information. A toolbar will appear allowing your to add
boxes and change formatting.
