powerpoint-no sound

PowerPoint

I have received an Email with a PowerPoint presentation including music.
The slide show is perfect, but no sound. If I send it to other people, they
hear the sound. I found a duplicate of this presentation on the internet,
and downloaded it. Again no sound............HELP

Fred,

I suspect you are missing a required codec to play the sound. For a more
