PowerPoint: Make it easy to smooth curved lines

I sometimes draw an arc or other curved lines in PPT diagrams, but
imperfectly. It would nice if there were a "smooth curve" command that would
hold the general shape of the curve but -- through interpolation or whatever
-- smooth it out so radii and inflection points are smoothed and pleasing to
the eye.

For Arc,
On the drawing toolbar,
click AutoShapes > Basic Shapes.
Look for Arc (at the second last row).
Draw it onto the slide.
Modify the size and length as to your preference.

For curved lines,
You can use AutoShapes > Lines > Curve.
Or use AutoShapes > Lines > Freeform to create sharp points, then edit it to
become smooth points.

Hope it helps.
