I am using XPpro and PPT2003, which usually works perfectly. However, every
time I attach a LCD projector to do a presentation, the first slides shows,
but then PPT freezes up and I can no longer change slides. Other office
applications, such as Excel, also act up and by itself zoom in to 0ver400%.
Also, the cursor gets stuck and flashes really fast.
After I unhock the LCD and re-tart the computer, evryting works fine
again.... Any idea why this is and how to trouble shoot?

Thanks. Simon.

It sounds like the laptop doesn't have sufficient system resources
(RAM, CPU, Video Controller) to handle the projector. Try using a more
powerful laptop, or set the projector to it's lowest usable resolution,
number of colors, and refresh rate. Also check with the laptop's
manufacturer for newer video drivers.

Bruce,
Thanks, that could be, since I use the smallest, lightest Dell. I will check
with them.
Thanks again.
