When I start up Windows, an error message comes up saying Powerpoint error:
ActiveX component can't create object, even if I haven't clicked on anything
to do with Powerpoint. I was using Powerpoint last night to create a 20 slide
presentation, saving it after every slide, and when i re-opened it this
morning there was only 3 slides there and this error message came up. I am
trying to recover my lost work and stop this error message from appearing as
I believe it may occasionally be crashing Explorer when i start Windows up.
Please help as the only knowledge base articles I can find relate to
Microsoft Access or code scripting/automation in Powerpoint, neither of which
are relevant to my problem. Thanks, Rachel =)
