We currently have photo's and technical information created using PowerPoint.
I would like to know how to convert my files from PowerPoint to a pdf file.

You will need the Adobe Acrobat program (not just the Reader program). You
will have a "Convert to Adobe pdf" toolbar icon within PowerPoint if you own
and install Adobe Acrobat. There might be some other shareware-type ways or
programs out there, but you get what you pay for (IMHO)!

If you don't have the budget for Acrobat, try a few of the others mentioned
here. The quality and ease of use varies widely but they all seem to have free
trial versions you can test before you buy.
