We have one computer that will not display images on a few webpages at all.
The webpage was created by using Powerpoint - 'Save As a Webpage' feature.
The webpage is a slideshow with text and graphics. The text works fine, but
none of the graphics are displayed in Internet Explorer. There isn't even a
little red x. The 'Show Pictures' setting in IE is correct. Other websites
work with no problems.
If you use the 'Edit With Powerpoint' button in Internet Explorer, the
webpage slideshow will open into Powerpoint with no problems. If you login
under a different XP profile, then everything works fine. Any other
computers also work fine. Unfortunatley, this computer is the one that is
used by the person who maintains the webpages, so it does need to work
properly.
The problem computer is WinXP Pro sp2, and MS Office 2003 sp1 which was
upgraded recently from Office XP sp2. We're not sure if the problem was a
result of the Office upgrade or not. There are no other web browsers
installed on the computer.
Wondering if anyone has any ideas??
