PowerPoint 2007 Crashes when more than 1 document open

I am suddenly having trouble with my PPT2007 crashing when I edit between two
or more documents. A few months ago I could have more than 10 files open
(more than 80 pages each with intense graphics and charts) and now I can
hardly keep two files less than 300KB each open. We are running PPT2007 on
SBS. My WKS has XP Pro SP3. I have checked and all updates through the
Dec07 are installed.

We use network printers, so I'm not sure if ECHO's print test solution is an
option.

Does anybody have suggestions?

I would try the printer driver solution -- use the driver listed here and
install it locally http://www.pptfaq.com/FAQ00952.htm and set it as the
default printer. That (printer drivers) is one of the top two causes of
these "random" crashes. If nothing else, it's worth testing.

The other is add-ins. Head to Office button | PPT Options | Add-ins. What's
listed there?
